My cards came with an error on them and the Vistaprint team went out of their way to make sure everything was right. They even made some very useful suggestions.
2nd time my cards came with the logo misaligned and the paper is not as thick as it used to be

Cards came with misaligned logo and in a paper that is not as good quality as the previous ones. The same mistake was made again, they printed my business cards with a misaligned logo, off center. Will be requesting a refund, this is the second time they make this mistake. I keep giving chances to Vista Print and the mistakes keep happening.

I love the quality of these cards, but online I couldn't tell that they were too dark to read.
I would have hoped that someone with VP would have reached out and told me. Even though this is a huge business, and it's my responsibility, they are the experts.

Upon reviewing your design, we noted that the text colour had limited contrast against the chosen background, which can make readability difficult once printed. To help set clear expectations for the final outcome, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing both the preview mode and the PDF proof prior to placing an order, as these tools provide the most accurate representation of how colours and contrast will appear in print. Furthermore, please note that our printing process is fully automated, and orders are produced exactly as submitted, without manual design adjustments or checks. For future orders, you may wish to edit the artwork with stronger colour contrast to improve clarity and visibility. You are welcome to make these adjustments and reorder at your convenience.
